vpshop.in is an electronics marketplace that enables vendors to list their parts and components online through the VP SHOP vendor portal. We at VP SHOP believe that you, as our customer, have ordered the items with enthusiasm and an urgent requirement.
The final shipping charges will be the sum of individual shipping rates of all vendors.
For example, if your cart contains ten products from 3 different vendors, you’ll be charged the sum of 3 shipping costs from the three individual vendors.
The vendors try to dispatch all orders received by Indian Standard Time, within 48 hours from the time of order. For orders received on Saturdays and Sundays, the effort is to get them dispatched by Tuesday.
Vendors may at a few times be limited by technical and stock issues (based on product specification or ready availability) and have to fulfil your order partially. We shall inform you of the same in such rare scenarios before dispatching the order.
Rarely the vendors may have some operational instances where we require more than four days to dispatch the order. In such a scenario, the customer has the right to request a complete refund.
For the fastest possible delivery time (i.e., when the order reaches your doorstep), vendors are instructed to ship your order only through trustworthy and highly reputable courier services.
The vendors have the right to process custom orders and orders provided with bulk discounts within seven working days. The customer may request the cancellation of the order. Still, the decision to refund would depend on whether the materials are already procured.

All packages shall be shipped with an invoice included, mentioning the price as regulated by the Indian Tax Regulations.
We use Shiprocket/Shipway/Other Partners as our fulfilment partner and cover 31,000+ Pin Codes.
The expected delivery timeline is a sum of dispatch time and estimated time taken in the courier process for your particular Zip Code.
Most packages arrive on time. Orders sometimes show up after the estimated delivery date. Possible reasons for late delivery include the following:
An incorrect address like missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number;
Severe weather conditions;
International customs procedures.

Track your package and confirm the estimated delivery date in ‘My Orders’.

For tracking the shipment status of your order, you may either use the ‘Track your Order’ section of our website or click on the mail confirmation you received from us with the Tracking Information.
Depending on the shipping method you chose, the tracking information might not be visible immediately.
There may be specific reasons not limited to the following:
Items sent by third-party sellers from the VP SHOP Marketplace can, in some cases, also not be tracked. It’s possible that the seller has shared this information with VP SHOP but has chosen a non-trackable shipping method.
The first package scan may be on arrival at a regional hub near the destination, which is common when shipping volume is high, and packages are processed in bulk. Until this first scan, the carrier may not acknowledge receipt of the parcel.
The first package scan may not be until delivery. There may also be a delay in updates to the tracking database.
When the carrier returns a package as undeliverable, we automatically begin issuing a full refund (including shipping charges, except for some handling charges). You receive an email confirming the return and refund details within 48 hours of the parcel being returned to the vendor. For information about the time, it takes to process your refund, go to Returns Section Below.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it within 48 hours of expected delivery:

Verify the shipping address in Your Orders.
Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
Look around the delivery location for your package.
See if someone else accepted the delivery.
Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or messages.

For a previous RTO, we reserve the right to cancel the fulfilment of orders to the customer at the same address.

Our return window lasts seven days. If seven days have gone by since your parcel delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
In the particular case concerning physical damage/missing product, you need to inform us on – 9449447817, or through email at ‘vpshopblr@gmail.com’, within two days of the delivery.
We cannot create a free replacement for an item that was returned and replaced once earlier.
Most items purchased from sellers listed on VP SHOP are returnable within the return window, except those explicitly identified as not returnable. For the products the customer returns, the refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or the bank account (in case of Cash on Delivery orders). The timeline for such a refund is the return delivery date + seven days.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to be returned. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return will not be processed if:
It is determined that the product was damaged while in your possession.
The product is different from what was shipped to you.
The product is not returned in original condition (Soldered/Burnt products or products that don’t have their original packaging/bill won’t qualify for exchange or refund).
Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including buyer’s remorse such as incorrect model or variant or incorrect product ordered. Products marked as \”non-returnable\” on the product detail page cannot be returned.
Products may be eligible for replacement only if the same seller has the same item in stock. If the replacement request is placed and the seller does not have the same product in stock, a refund will be issued to you by the seller.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards and Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item returned on a mercy basis, more than seven days after delivery.
How to return items?
Confirm your order ID and product SKU in the Invoice.
Contact us with the Order ID and Product SKU details through the helpdesk.

Your address and the item you wish to return must be eligible for return. If the return is not suitable for Pickup, we provide a Self-Return option. Once the return is received, you will, per VP SHOP Refund Policy, be issued a refund to your original payment method.
If the standard time frame (return product delivery + seven days) has expired and you have still not received the refund, please contact us again through mail or phone.
Refunds will not be processed in cash.
